Returns

We offer free standard returns for orders within the UK. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Push Rio does not offer an exchange policy. Please return the unwanted item/s and then visit www.pushrio.com to submit a new order.
We will email you to let you know your parcel has been received and that your refund has been processed.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email us at returns@pushrio.com so that we can sort this out for you.
In your email please include your order number, and an image of the fault along with a short description of the issue. Once we have established that an item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault.

Orders
Yes, you will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website.
We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal and Apple Pay.
In some cases, more stock will be added later in the season so we will let you know if it becomes available again. All you need to do is to enter your email address in the out-of-stock pop-up that appears when you select an item that is unavailable in your size.
Delivery
Our delivery charges vary depending on destination and on how fast you would like your order to be delivered to you. For more detailed information please see our DELIVERY page.
We deliver to most countries but if your country is not listed at checkout please contact us at clientservices@pushrio.com and we can almost always arrange for delivery.
An express delivery option is available for all orders.
Although we don’t offer gift wrapping, Push Rio items are sent in lovely handmade silky bags. We can include a customised message – just drop us an email at clientservices@pushrio.com stating your name and the message you would like included in your order.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are sent to the recipient via email including value, a unique code and a message from the sender. They can be used on all Push Rio products online.
Gift cards are a financial instrument for payment of goods and services but are not considered goods or services themselves and therefore do not include VAT nor are subject to any discounts. They operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry practice.
Promo Codes
If you have received a promo code via our newsletter, Instagram/Facebook or email, simply enter the code in the promo code box that can be found in the Bag Page as well as in the Checkout Page. The order total will be automatically updated to reflect the promo discount.
Once you have signed up to the newsletter, you will receive a welcome email with your promo code. It will entitle you to 10% off on your first order.
